Their customer service can be iffy at times but I think its more 'the person' you are dealing with at the time, some of the cs people could use some refresher courses! Their shipping times and shipping prices could be better IMO! I would still recommend this company! |

| User Review: | I love BCN Yankee Candle dupe of Harvest. It is right on the money, just like YC. I would recommend this for your fall line. I highly recommend BCN, I have never had a problem with them or their products. The only FO I did not like was Green Grass. |

| User Review: | BCN is one of my regular suppliers. I purchase. The oils I purchase from them work great in soy. I like being able to get free sniffies so I don't waste money on samples I don't like. I order by ph so I get my order right away. Only one time did I have a problem with customer service and it was taken care of. Their prices are very good. Love the forum. Not impressed with the web site thats why I order by ph. |

I have found others with slightly lower prices so some of my basics I get from elsewhere, but I still get some other faves like Noel and Angel Innocent from them. I've always liked this company and they are part of my supplier list. |

I have narrowed down a lot of oils after purchasing a ton when I first started out. I think I only buy a few from them but I buy huge sizes so I can have them on hand for awhile. |

| User Review: | Their web site is a bit busy and confusing and I do not like the separate shopping cart site that you must order on, but they have good turnaround time, good customer service by phone (not so much on Live Help), orders are accurate, good prices, speedy shipping. Products are packaged well and have never leaked, as far as I recall. I'd recommend BCN. |

| User Review: | The fragrance oils are of good quality and I have quite a few from this supplier. However, the time it takes to get your ordered shipped is a bit longer than other places. Also, the customer service is not always very helpful. Very vague when answering questions. I once had a problem with my order missing items and it was an ordeal to get them to believe me. I will continue to order from here, but wish the customer service would improve. |

| User Review: | A couple of times I have received the wrong items, from BCN. I only use PayPal, with them, as they way overcharged my sister's credit card, on her very first order. Their prices are pretty good, especially with their fragrances, and their shipping is fair & fairly quick. I wish their site was easier to navigate and you didn't have to wait on them to figure out shipping costs. Their monthly sales are nice, though it seems they have cut down on them. Their forum is very helpful. |

They also tend to give free fragrance oil samples every once in awhile. I've never had a problem with them. Their website is very informative and they have always been great. I chat with them all the time to help me.. without them, I wouldn't be able to learn, I can't rely on message boards - they don't help. I love their FO's - they are all so strong!
