| User Review: | The Apple Martini and Coffee fragrances were very weak! Shipping charge was more than what actual cost on the box. No reply to any of my emails for three weeks. Shipping also took over three weeks past when I paid. Not good. |

| User Review: | Ordered rose silk petals from them. A tad slow on shipping but the order came without a fuss and the pricing was pretty good. It can be found cheaper elsewhere but the experience went smoothly. |

| User Review: | Yikes! 3 weeks now without product, without any e-mail replies, and no return phone calls. I've never had an experience like this before. Are they taken the money and running? Just wondering if there are others out there having the same problems with Aromatic Mills? Never again!! |

| User Review: | I was going to make a small order one time, wanting some candy foils & a few powders...they were going to charge me $10 for shipping. I cancelled the order, emailed & told them why. I thought this was way out of line. They lost a potential customer because of that. Donna

| User Review: | I ordered 2 and a half weeks ago and still have not received my package. I call but only get the answering machine, and they have only responded to one of my 4 emails. We are both in the same state, so curious as to what the hold up is. They offered no tracking number and I am beginning to doubt my order will even arrive! |
