| User Review: | Great company! I do agree with the comments regarding the way they pack orders sometimes & website could use a little work, but it's really worth it to take few minutes and call. Linda, one of the customer service persons, is great! She's very helpful & knowledgable as she herself makes candles also. I have yet to get any oil that woudn't throw well in my Ecosoya soy. If they list "great or strong" in the column for rating..it's accurate. Several of their scents are hits with me and my customers,so no doubt I will be a regular cutomer. Shipping's very reasonable and fast too,usually same day =) |

| User Review: | I like most of their oils I have received. Don't like their website, takes too long to navigate. Haven't received much useful help on live help, but they tried. I do love the candle board. It has given me so much helpful information. Would order from them again. |

| User Review: | my first order with them was a disaster. there was problems w/ paypal, shipping, just everything seemed to be going against it. I have ordered since and not had those problems, but I've never been wowed by their products, and only order from them rarely now. Also be aware that they don't always package their orders in the best fashion (i.e. not enough padding to prevent damage). To their credit shipping is fast and pretty reasonably priced. |

| User Review: | Customer Service has been cordial on questions asked. Have only tried a few fragrances. The one that really stood out was Red Velvet Cake. Although it turns in Bath and Body people are intrigued by it and continue to want it. It does smel really good but probably works better in candle/tart form. |

| User Review: | Ordered wax and it was shipped the same day, it arrived two days after I ordered. Very speedy service! Will say that fragrance on previous order was not packed with any extra room or padding so subject to damage by UPS. But otherwise very satisfied. |
