| User Review: | All the FOs I ordered were very nice, and the other items were good too. No complaints about quality.
The prices and selection are great, but the high S+H wipe out the savings.
I was going to place an order for 48 plastic bottles the othet day, and the S+H was going to be $25! No way!
I went to another supplier instead. I paid a couple of dollars more for the bottles, but saved about $16 in S+H!
Also, their shipping time is too long.
They don't carry anything so unique that would make me a regular customer. I would only order from them now if it was something not available elsewhere and I really needed it. |

| User Review: | The prices are amazing, but the customer service is cold at best. Some essential oils seem to be of obviously poor quality and I suspect occasionally miss labeled. Larger quantities of oils are shipped in plastic. Other products seem to be OK, but DON"T BUY THIER OILS! |

| User Review: | I've only ordered from them once and found their shipping and packing fees to be outragous. I won't buy from them again because i don't agree with their policy. when i wrote to them about their policy and the over priced shipping they screamed at me on the phone and sent me a nasty email. |

| User Review: | High shipping and they have a minimum order, but if you need a lot of something they cant be beat. Great quality, excellent packaging, and basically the best prices anywhere on anything. Their fragrances can be hit and miss, but their oils, packaging, etc, are very good. An excellent all around store if you have a variety of products to pick up. |

| User Review: | I have ordered scents from this company. I have been pleased with their prices and scents. They do come in plastic, not all are in glass, so that is a minus. I have not had any interaction with customer service, which determines a company's worth in my opinion, so I can not fully recommend this company. |

| User Review: | This company's customer service is very poor in my opinion. I had received an order one time where they didn't seal a container of virgin coconut oil properly & about a quarter of it leaked all over the inside (& thru to the outside of the box.) I contacted them several times...took pictures of the inside & outside of the box for them & they never contacted me. They don't answer their phones & don't return their messages. Their turnaround time is very slow as well.
Now that was a couple of years ago & I have a friend that orders a few things from them all the time & hasn't had any trouble. So I will give them one more chance...Donna |

| User Review: | I got a decent deal on bottles and jars, but I don't have any plans to ever buy EO's or FO's from them again. I purchased several EO's--lavender, lime, ylang ylang, spearmint, lemon, and tangerine and they all practically made me gag to smell them. I don't know what the deal was with the batch I got, but I've since bought the same EO's from other suppliers and never encountered anything so foul as the ones I got from Camden Grey. |
